    14 Days of return policy
    Customer could return goods to Osmile in 14 days after purchase, if the goods are found to be faulty, defective, and non-artificial damaged.  
     
    Before returning the goods
    When returning faulty goods, customer are required to provide payment receipt or tracking number , as well as description condition of the faulty goods, and email them to Sales@osmile.com.tw
     
    After Osmile Technician confirm that the goods are purchased from Osmile, and not artificially damaged. Osmile will inform the customer to return damaged goods
     
    After returning the goods
    Once Osmile Technician receive the goods and confirm that the goods are purchased from Osmile, and non-artificially damaged. Then Osmile will proceed to repair or sending a brand new unit back to customer, depends on the condition of the defective goods.
     
    However, if Osmile Technician receive the goods and confirm that the goods are not purchased from Osmile, and found to be artificial damaged. Then Osmile will inform customer that the goods shall not send to Osmile for repair.
